1. Service provider

Samoruke.me is operated by QQRIQ Consulting DOO, Podgorica, Montenegro, company tax ID 03787222, VAT number ME03787222 (“we”, “the platform”, “Samo Ruke”).

2. What the platform is and is not

Samo Ruke is an advertising space and directory of tradespeople, contractors and suppliers in Montenegro. Our service is publishing profiles and adverts and forwarding user enquiries to advertisers.

We are not a contractor, not an intermediary in concluding contracts, we do not collect payment for works on behalf of tradespeople, and we are not a party to any contract between a user and a tradesperson. We do not employ tradespeople and do not act as an employment agency.

The works contract, price, deadlines, warranty, invoicing and any complaint are exclusively a matter between the user and the tradesperson.

3. Use of the platform

Browsing and searching are free and require no registration. Users must use the platform lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Rules.

Automated data collection (scraping), misuse of contact details for unsolicited communication, publishing false or third-party data, and any conduct that endangers the platform are prohibited.

4. Tradesperson applications and profile content

By submitting an application, a tradesperson confirms the data is accurate, that they are entitled to publish it and authorised to publish the work photos. The tradesperson is responsible for the accuracy of profile data.

Publication is at our discretion. We may refuse, amend or remove a profile that is incomplete, misleading, unlawful or contrary to the Acceptable Use Rules.

By publishing a profile, the tradesperson accepts that their contact details are publicly available so clients can contact them directly.

5. Paid advertising services

Renting advertising positions (featured profiles, banners, category priority, enquiry forwarding) is agreed separately, based on an offer and the advertiser’s confirmation.

All published prices are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment is made against invoice, in the periods stated in the offer.

Duration, cancellation and renewal are governed by the Cancellation Policy.

6. Obligations towards business users

Towards advertisers we apply transparency principles in line with EU platform-to-business rules (Regulation (EU) 2019/1150).

The main ranking parameters are published on the How We Rank Results page. We give advance notice with reasons before restricting, suspending or terminating an advertiser’s service, except where content removal is a legal obligation.

Advertisers may complain to info@samoruke.me; we reply within a reasonable time, as a rule within 15 days.

7. Reviews and ratings

Reviews are submitted by users who have been in contact with a tradesperson. Before publication we verify by phone that the review comes from a real user.

We do not publish paid, fake, offensive reviews or reviews containing third-party personal data. See “Review authenticity” on the Legal Information page.

8. Intellectual property

The name, logo, design, texts and database of the platform are our property or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative databases without our written consent is not permitted.

By uploading photos and texts, the tradesperson grants us a non-exclusive right to use them to display the profile and promote the platform; this right ends when the profile is deleted.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the quality, deadlines, price or outcome of works performed by a tradesperson, nor their qualifications or licences, unless expressly stated as verified.

We are not liable for damage arising from the relationship between user and tradesperson, for the accuracy of advertiser-supplied data, or for temporary unavailability of the platform.

Our liability towards an advertiser is limited to the fee paid for the period in which the breach occurred, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and where the law does not allow limitation of liability.

10. Content removal and reports

Unlawful or false content can be reported via the Report Content page. We review reports without undue delay and inform the reporter of the decision, with reasons and a right of appeal.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms. Material changes affecting advertisers are published at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

Montenegrin law applies, with the courts of Podgorica having jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in your place of residence under mandatory consumer protection rules.
