Acceptable Use Rules

Allowed

• searching and viewing profiles to find a tradesperson;
• contacting tradespeople for quotes and work;
• publishing accurate details of your own business and photos of your own work;
• posting honest reviews about work actually carried out.

Prohibited

• publishing other people’s photos, names, licences or references;
• claiming qualifications, licences or guarantees you do not hold;
• fake reviews, self-reviews and pressuring users over ratings;
• unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) to contacts found on the platform;
• automated content or database extraction (scraping, bots, copying the directory);
• offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content;
• circumventing security measures or attempting unauthorised admin access.

Consequences

Depending on severity, we may amend or remove content, reduce profile visibility, suspend or permanently terminate access, with notice and a right of appeal to info@samoruke.me. Serious breaches may be reported to the authorities.
