How We Rank Results

So you know what you see and why, we publish the main parameters determining profile order, in line with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 on platform transparency.
Main parameters
- Match with your query: trade, category and city.
- Profile completeness: contact, description, photos, working hours.
- Activity and responsiveness to enquiries.
- Reviews and ratings from verified users.
- Paid position: featured placement or category priority.
- Rotation: profiles at the same level are cycled so all get exposure.
Effect of payment
Payment affects position only in sections labelled “Recommended”, “Featured” or “Ad”. It never changes review content, hides negative ratings or removes competitors from results.
A paid position does not make a profile appear for queries it does not match.
Rotation and randomisation
In the recommended tradespeople section, paid slots are shown cyclically and remaining profiles in random order on each page load, so no single profile has a permanent advantage.

If you believe your profile is unfairly ranked, write to info@samoruke.me. We respond with reasons, as a rule within 15 days.
