What you can report

• false profile data (fake trade, someone else’s photos, wrong contact);
• fake or paid reviews;
• offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content;
• copyright infringement in photos and texts;
• misuse of your personal data.

How to report

Email info@samoruke.me with the subject “Report content” and include: the link to the profile or content, a description of the problem, why you consider it unlawful or false, and your contact details for feedback.

You can also report via Viber +382 68 211 222.

How we handle reports

• we confirm receipt without undue delay;
• we review the content and may request evidence from the advertiser;
• we decide with reasons: no action, amendment, reduced visibility or removal;
• we inform the reporter and the advertiser of the decision;
• both may appeal to the same address within 15 days of the decision.

Abuse of reporting

Manifestly unfounded and repeated reports may be dismissed without further action, with notice to the reporter.
